Details of experience
was coerced and bullied by staff, likely due to age (18) bullied me into being induced, i then tried to move the date further away and the midwife who picked up told me my baby would die if i got induced or end up in a csection. i reported her and the male Ob who i saw when i went in for a NSS then bullied me back into getting induced the following day making it out like my baby would die if i didnt get induced simply because i was 41+2. they knew i wanted a water birth but said they would see how i go to if they would be bothered calling anyone i knew this would then turn into "sorry we dont have anyone available". the OB ignored my requests during my induction and due to him giving me pitocin when i did not need it 5hrs into my labour and even though he knew i had an irritable uterus is ended up with me and my child almost dying in labour because of him ignoring me. they gave me an episiotomy, pitocin for the placenta and suppositories without my consent and after i said no. they also ripped my clothes off after asking me if ive ever had an ecg before in front of 15 people. the whole stay, labour and experience in my pregnancy i was belittled, bullied, coerced and fear mongered. they do not give informed consent and judged me for any choices i made that wasnt just "yes" . when i reported the whole incident and treatment they gave i was told that they saw nothing wrong with the care i received and it was to their clinicians standards. everyone i personally know who has birthed here have had horrible experiences with the same male OB
