Details of experience

I had a private midwife from xxx in xxx — I had minimal antenatal appointments as I wanted, easily declined the GTT. My only frustration was not knowing who the 2nd midwife would be - this was a source of anxiety for me related to my previous homebirth. I had PROM for 44 hours and then labour started - it was also anxiety provoking to have an impending AMA to sign but that isn’t really the midwives' fault - that is just part of stupid policies I guess. My labour was hard but I felt supported. I had a completely hands off birth & couldn’t be happier with my experience. I would recommend xxx (private midwives) for a physiological at home birth.
