Details of experience
There was no way I was going to birth in a sterile hospital with bright lights and strangers watching and touching me during my most private and vulnerable experience. I birthed at home in privacy and safety in my own time in a birth pool and went straight into bed with my healthy son! I took full power over my choices, care and health.
